The route starts and finishes at Water Plaza.

The 2.5k kids race (for kids over 6 years old) starts at Water Plaza (under the Esplanade Bridge) and it heads towards the seafront. Then it turns towards the Esplanade Bridge which the runners cross heading north (towards the Acropolis).

The time limit of this race is 30'.
